Meet Your CoachES

Dan Breen

Dan has been working in the Health & Fitness industry for nearly 15 years and a provides a wealth of knowledge and expertise, both in coaching and facility management. 


He holds first class honours degrees from the Munster Technological University, in Health, Fitness and Leisure (BSc) and from the University of Limerick, in Sports Performance (MSc). Dan is also a qualified strength & conditioning and nutrition coach. 


Having trained 1,000s of clients, athletes and teams, nationally and internationally, no matter what your goal is, he can help you achieve it. Dan believes in creating a fun, supportive and challenging environment in order to get the very best results for you. 

Jack Morgan

Having been in the Health & Fitness industry since 2017, Jack has worked with a massively diverse range of clientele of all ages with many different goals, from weight loss, sport performance, injury rehabilitation and nutrition. 


He holds first class honours degrees from MTU in Health, Fitness and Leisure (BSc) and from Setanta College in Applied Sport & Exercise Psychology (MSc). He is also a qualified nutrition and S&C coach. Driven by a passion for simplifying health and fitness, he is dedicated to showing people that achieving their goals can be more realistic than what they initially believe. 


With an expertise in exercise psychology and behaviour change, Jack helps people create meaningful lifestyle changes that last by facilitating a challenging yet enjoyable atmosphere.
